You send our transparency team an inquiry for a medical device with a description, article code and manufacturer information. We register your inquiry with an unique reference and follow-up accordingly.
2. Formalities
Every cooperation between organizations has formal safeguards to define responsibilities, obligations etc. Participants in our Hospital2Hospital network sign an agreement which regulates non-disclosure, tracking; tracing, storage conditions, transport, financial aspects, recall procedures etc. .
5. Collect price data
We contact hospitals in our Hospital2Hospital network
We’ll reach out to our network and collect actual pricing in different member states and give you feedback. You will find out whether a device costs less in a different member state.
3. You're connected
Add your pricing strategy. Be sure to include important details like value, length of service, and why it’s unique.
6. Buy the device
Now you know the price (including our fee) and you want to buy the device through our network.
In case of interest we’ll forward you to our operational team who organize the logistics. You discuss the order lead time, payment terms and other relevant aspects. You can send you're purchase orders to our operations team and they'll take care of the rest.
